How it works

Nothing gets done without your go-ahead.

  1. Get in touch

Call, WhatsApp or send a message. Tell me what's happening and we'll find a time that suits you.

  2. Drop it off or I collect

Bring it round at a time we've agreed, or I'll collect it if you're local.

  3. I find the fault

I'll tell you what's wrong and what it will cost. You decide whether to go ahead.

  4. Fixed and returned

I test it before it goes back. If the same fault comes back within 60 days, I'll fix it free.
